We had our first ever vehicle accident in March. Needed to have car repaired. No idea where to take it. Because of ads on your station I decided to use Keene Auto Body.
We were supposed to take it in right when stay at home started so we had to postpone repair. Last week we decided to go back. We dropped car off on Sunday, car was ready Wednesday. We paid over phone so no need to worry about contact with anyone.

I want to thank you for going way above and beyond on my new Ford F150. You have made the best of a bad situation for me. I was very upset when my brand new truck, with only 5,000 miles on it, sustained so much damage. Now, not only does the truck look great, I really appreciate all the extra work you did for me at ZERO extra cost. I am very pleased with the outcome and glad I put my trust in you. State Farm tried to discourage me from going to you saying it could cost me as much as $2,000 out of pocket. Boy were they WRONG!
Thank you for the oil change, putting the F150 decal on the tailgate, adding the soft open hinge and shock to the tail gate and not hesitating to repaint the edge of the bed when I pointed out the nicks at the corner. This wasn’t even your fault, it was caused by the tailgate liner – which I promptly cut shorter to prevent this from happening again. In addition to repainting the edge of the bed, I was very happy to see you also applied a protective clear vinyl tape to it as well. All of this at no extra cost to me. We can always use more businesses like yours that treats the customer with respect and goes the extra mile to make them happy.
With the way you treated me I am not surprised that KAB has been around since 1928. You have a great team, Chris was a pleasure to talk to and treated me very well – and your crew did an EXCELLENT JOB!
